If you are doing business in North Enid, you need a Business License. Renewable every June for $10.00. If you do not have a business license in the Town of North Enid you are subjected to a $275.00 fine.

It's free! All pets must be registered with the Town of North Enid. We provide you with a special tag so that we can help identify your pet if lost. We just need your pets most current shot records. Renew every year. (Downloaded form)

Building permit requirements
Requests for building permits shall be accompanied by a plot or plat drawn to scale and showing the following in sufficient detail to enable the building official to ascertain whether the proposed construction is in conformance with the building code
*Please note there is a ten (10) day waiting period for all permits.
1. Provide legal description of the property
2. The actual shape, location, and dimensions of the lot to built upon
3. The shape, size, and location of all buildings or other structures to be erected, altered, or moved and of buildings or other structures already on the lot
4. The existing and intended use of all such buildings or other structures
5. Existing zoning classification of the property; or
6. Location and design of off-street parking areas and off-street loading areas. Such other information concerning the lot or adjoining lots as may be essential for determining whether the provisions of the building code are being observed
